Sell’s Christmas Tree and Reindeer
Farm is hosting the sixth annual free “nomadic living” weekends
November 11th and 12th, 10 a.m. – 6 p.m..
Storytelling by the Western Reserve Association for the Preservation
and Perpetuation of Storytelling (WRAPPS) is scheduled from 1-3
pm on each of these days.
Black Swamp Folk School instructor Charlie Burnett of Bellevue
Ohio will give hearth-cooking demonstrations using her collection
of 19th century cast iron cookery.
Tom Burnett, folk school instructor and member of WRAPPS,
will assist. A stellar line
up of local artisans will be on hand with exhibitions.
Enjoy hayrides through the woods, our 28 ft.
tipi (lavuu), the big orange maze, and visiting our herd of 13 reindeer.
Pumpkins, gourds, fall gift items, and light refreshments are
available at 5762 Auster Rd. Wakeman.
